First day
Breakfast: Two soft boiled egg mix with a tablespoon of honey. Cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 100 g of cheese, 50 g cooked carrots, cooked broccoli 50 g, 50 g of cooked cauliflower. All this put it in a blender and mix until you get a creamy mixture. Tea or coffee with 1 tablespoon honey.
Dinner: Cup light vegetable soup, slice of whole-grain bread and 1 apple / pear / orange.
Before going to bed drink tea with lemon…

Breakfast: Just like the first day.
Lunch: Make cream a soft boiled egg, a tablespoon of honey and 100 g young cheese. A meal and drink tea with lemon or coffee.
Dinner: 150 g of fish or chicken white meat, a small bowl of salad vegetables and tea with lemon.
Day Three
Breakfast: Just like the first day + an apple.
Lunch: 50 g of cheese, slice of rye bread and a bowl of fresh cooked vegetables with lemon juice.
Dinner: 300 g of cooked vegetables a soft boiled egg and a cup of tea with a spoonful of honey.
Note: Every day must eat half a lemon
